Our methods

What each method looks like

First we show the situation where things usually turn chaotic, then the scope of work and the project where this approach has already worked.

01 · A method for

Fits your situation

Opening sales of a development

One creative decision that all the sales launch materials come from

With a new development, the renders, website, brochure and 3D model usually come from four suppliers, in four styles and on four timelines. The marketing team coordinates suppliers instead of opening sales, and the sales agent works with whichever version happens to be at hand.

What we do within this scope

  • Development brand: naming, logo, stylescape and brand book
  • CGI and 360° renders from a single 3D model, also for the bank at the financing stage
  • 3D model and apartment finder with prices and statuses from your CRM
  • Development website, unit sheets, brochure and presentation in one current version
  • Development film, animation and reels from the same scenes as the renders
  • Google and Meta campaigns with tracking and remarketing to people who viewed a specific unit
  • Sales office and print: presentation screen, signage, site hoarding, billboard

Listings and leads in one place

One database of units, prices and statuses instead of a spreadsheet

Unit prices and statuses live in a spreadsheet, while the website, 3D model and brochure show whatever someone managed to copy across. After every price change several places have to be corrected by hand, and enquiries from the website land in an inbox instead of the CRM.

3D model of a development with an apartment finder on a monitor

What we do within this scope

  • One database of units, prices and statuses in place of the spreadsheet
  • A listings widget that pulls prices from the database on every page
  • Enquiries straight into the CRM, assigned to the development, with an owner and a deadline
  • The price history required by law, recorded with every change
  • An enquiry from the 3D model with the unit number, floor area, floor and the price the buyer saw
  • A model for groups with several companies: one supplier and a separate panel for each company

Selling through architects and distributors

Not one catalogue for everyone, but materials for every stage of the sale

A premium product is sold by three people: the architect who writes it into the design, the sales agent at the distributor and the adviser in the showroom. Each of them needs different material, and often they all get the same catalogue.

What we do within this scope

  • Product imagery from a single 3D model: interior scenes, packshots, texture details and colour variants
  • For the architect: a collection configurator, texture close-ups and technical descriptions for the specification
  • For the sales agent: catalogue, product sheets, price lists, sales presentation and sample book
  • For the partner's showroom: a screen loop, display graphics and counter materials
  • A panel with the current version of the files and access for the distributor
  • An enquiry from the configurator showing which collection the architect was putting together

Bringing a product to market

The next collection starts from ready scenes, not from a new brief

Every new collection starts its marketing from scratch: a new brief, new decisions about style, a new production. Materials from the previous launch are of no use for the next one, so you pay for the same thing twice.

What we do within this scope

  • Brand direction: strategy, positioning, identity and a stylescape approved once
  • Launch materials: interior scenes, packshots, a collection film and animations
  • Delivery in stages for social media, distributors, print and trade shows
  • Meta and Google campaigns for the launch, using the same shots as the catalogue
  • The scenes stay after the launch, so the next collection is a matter of swapping the material

Ongoing production without five suppliers

A creative department on a subscription, run through a panel

Once a campaign ends, you have to look for suppliers all over again. An in-house team means recruitment, salaries and skills you do not need all year round. As a result, marketing coordinates several suppliers and keeps track of versions in emails.

What we do within this scope

  • Method Creative Hub: a creative department on a subscription, with the cost known before a task starts
  • The panel: orders through a form, statuses, feedback directly on the material and versions side by side
  • A drive with the current files and your allowance tracked in the panel
  • One production for many formats: billboard, website, social media and presentation
  • A/B testing of creatives, where the result picks the variant
  • All specialisations in one contract

PR and social media with a coverage report

We write, send and show what was published

If a project does not reach editors, clients and trade partners, its life ends after the launch. Sending material to editors, keeping a post calendar and following up on publications is ongoing work that a marketing team rarely has a dedicated person for.

Coverage report on a phone screen

What we do within this scope

  • Communication strategy: positioning, target group, arguments and a plan for pre-sales, the launch and the final units
  • Press releases for milestones and expert articles written after a conversation with a specialist
  • Distribution from our mailbox to a press list segmented by topic
  • Publication in Method Press: launches, completed projects and news
  • Social media with a calendar and posts approved in the panel

Trade shows and events

A film readable from five metres and one system for several brands

A stand is viewed from several metres away, on the move and without sound, and a film edited for a phone screen does not work there. At an event with several partners, each brand brings material in a different style and a different format.

What we do within this scope

  • A film for the LED screen and the TV on the stand: a silent loop readable from five metres
  • Stand graphics and printed materials
  • Event visuals for several brands in one visual system
  • A shoot day on site and content from the event

Projects, versions and files in one place

A tool where the client can see the project stage for themselves

At a supplier, a project lives in several tools at once: tasks in one, files in another, feedback in emails and chat. The client asks what stage it is at because there is nowhere to see it.

What we do within this scope

  • Project and task management
  • A board for feedback on and approval of visual materials
  • A project drive and version comparison by overlay
  • Messaging alongside the project
  • A mode for running projects for your own clients
