An interactive apartment finder for the Soho Residence development in Kraków
Soho Residence is a boutique development Terra Casa in Kraków, for which we designed and built an interactive apartment finder. The previous tool was outdated, and once the original supplier stopped providing the service, the developer was left with code nobody could maintain or update.
We rebuilt it from scratch and wired it straight into the developer's CRM, so availability, prices and unit statuses update automatically with no manual work.
We deliberately kept the scope simple at the client's request: a clean, fast way to pick an apartment instead of unnecessary effects. For the buyer it works as before, only clearer and on every device — and the developer got full control of the tool back.
The developer is fully independent again — the tool runs on custom code with no reliance on an outside supplier. The listing updates itself along with the CRM, so the sales team no longer loses time on manual corrections and buyers always see current availability.
An interactive apartment finder for your development.
Wired into your CRM, responsive, in your branding.
Technical details
Interactive filtering — pick an apartment by number of rooms, floor area, floor, price and availability, with results updating instantly.
Real-time integration with the developer's CRM — unit data (availability, prices, status) is pulled automatically from the source. No manual updates, no gap between what is listed and what is actually available.
Fully responsive — tuned for desktop, tablet and phone. The same experience whatever the screen.
Custom code, no vendor lock-in — written entirely by us. The developer is not tied to a single supplier and can keep developing the tool.
Design consistent with the development's branding — refreshed UI and UX matched in colour and typography to the Soho Residence identity.
-
It is a tool embedded in the developer's website where buyers filter available units by floor area, number of rooms, floor, price and status, and immediately see what is currently on offer. It replaces static lists and PDFs with a smooth way to choose an apartment. At Method Group we treat it not as a standalone widget but as part of the development's sales system — consistent with the rest of the site and with the buying process.
-
For developers who want to present their offer on their own site clearly and self-service — from boutique schemes like Soho Residence to larger estates. It works especially well where speed and simplicity matter more than an elaborate 3D model. In line with how we work: less chaos, faster buyer decisions, more control on the developer's side.
-
We do not work from a fixed price list, because every development is at a different stage and scale. We quote the finder individually and usually provide it on subscription (Method Creative Hub), matched to the number of units, the depth of CRM integration and how far the design follows your branding. That way you pay for a working system rather than a one-off file. You get a concrete estimate after a free walkthrough.
-
That is exactly the problem we solved at Soho Residence. We take the project over from the previous supplier, rebuild the tool on our own code and connect it to your existing CRM. For the buyer everything works as before — and you stop being hostage to one company.
-
We review the current solution and the data source, then rebuild the functionality on new custom code and connect it to your CRM. The switch happens without any downtime for the listing on your site. What you are left with is a system you can keep developing — not another dependency. More on why that matters: What stays in the business after creative work — a file or a system?
-
Yes — and that is the heart of our approach. We build the tool on custom code, so you are not tied to one company or its availability. You can maintain and extend it independently, without the risk of ending up again with a tool nobody supports.
-
Yes. We connect it directly to the CRM you already use, so unit data comes straight from the source. The listing on your site always matches the state of your sales system — no more gap between what a buyer sees and what is actually available. We go into this further in this article: You have a CRM and still chase statuses — why, and how to fix it
-
No. After a sale or a price change the update happens automatically in the CRM — the sales team does not edit the site or police the data. This is one of those things that quietly eats a team's time when it should simply run by itself.
-
Yes, it is fully responsive — we design it for desktop, tablet and phone. That matters, because most traffic to development websites now comes from mobile, and buyers often decide in the first seconds of seeing a listing.
-
Yes — Soho Residence is a Kraków development, delivered for Terra Casa. We work with developers across Poland, wherever the scheme is located.
-
For many developments, yes. 3D models focus on a photorealistic massing and the wow factor, which pushes up cost and build time. Our finder is a lighter, cheaper tool aimed at the real goal — a quick apartment choice and a conversion. If a development needs more, Method can add a model, a configurator or a 360° virtual tour as well — but only where it genuinely works for sales.
-
We simplify on purpose. Instead of 360° rotation, VR tours and a 3D model of every unit, you get a clean, fast sales tool wired into the CRM — cheaper to build and easier to maintain. We always match the scope to the development: at Soho Residence we went for the simplified version, at the client's request.
