Art Deco Grzybowska is a Terra Casa development: 77 apartments on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw's Wola district, drawing on the architecture of Chicago art deco and pre-war Warsaw.
A building with a strong character that needed materials to match. Going into financing and the sales launch, there were no visuals to show that character to the bank, to buyers or to the market. We delivered nine 4K exterior renders and an architectural animation — in eight weeks.
In the first quarter of sales — from mid Q4 2025 to mid Q1 2026 — around 40% of the 77 apartments were sold. The materials were produced before construction, which meant the bank, marketing and sales all worked from one consistent set from day one.

Technical details
Nine exterior renders in 4K PNG — frames showing the character of the building, the art deco detailing and how it sits within Wola. The resolution is ready for large-format print, online campaigns and bank documentation.
Architectural animation in FHD / 4K — produced for the Sister Cities International Warsaw–Chicago programme. Art deco as the common ground between Warsaw and Chicago became the spine of the story, taking the piece beyond sales material and into the cultural context of both cities.
Development website built in Framer — designed on top of the existing Art Deco branding. It takes the buyer from the story of the project and the renders, through location and building standard, to the apartment model and a conversation with an adviser.
One consistent set of materials — renders, animation and website work as a single set. The same material does its job in the conversation with the bank, on the development website, on social media and in the sales office.
Delivered in eight weeks — the full visual package ready before the first shovel went into the ground.

They are photorealistic renders of a building or its interiors that let you show the project to buyers, to the bank and to the press — before the first shovel goes into the ground. For Art Deco Grzybowska the renders were produced at concept stage and went straight into the sales materials and the financing documentation. Architectural rendering is one of the core parts of the offer at Method Creative Hub.
-
It is a 3D film showing the massing, the surroundings or the interiors in motion. Unlike still renders, animation walks the viewer through the project — it conveys scale, context and character in a way that holds attention in digital campaigns and on the screens in a sales office.
The Art Deco Grzybowska animation also went into the Sister Cities International Warsaw–Chicago programme as a cultural piece linking the architecture of both cities.

We don't work from a fixed price list — the scope depends on the number of shots, how complex the design is and the target format. We quote individually and usually work on a subscription (Method Creative Hub) covering all the visual communication for a development. That way you pay for a working set of materials rather than for a single file. You get a concrete estimate after a free walkthrough.
-
The minimum is exterior renders and an animation — enough to cover the bank, the website, the sales office and the campaign. For Art Deco Grzybowska that meant nine 4K renders and an architectural animation, produced on top of the existing branding. More on what a visual production leaves behind: What stays in the business after creative work — a file or a system?
-
Yes — and it is one of the moments where renders really earn their keep. The bank financing a development needs material that shows the character and standard of the project. For Terra Casa, the Art Deco Grzybowska renders were produced at exactly that stage — before construction, ready for the financing documentation and for the sales launch running alongside it.
-
Once the design team has closed the architectural concept — at that point you have something a 3D model can be built from. Commission too early and every design change means revisions; too late and the materials miss the start of financing and sales. On Art Deco Grzybowska we hit that moment exactly: the full package was ready eight weeks after the concept was closed, before the project went on site. The bank, marketing and sales all started from the same set on day one.
-
Through photorealistic renders and architectural animation. They are the only tools that let a buyer feel the character of a project before standing in it. Done well, sales materials produced before ground is broken stand in for a show flat and let you close sales while the site is still a hole in the ground. See how we approach that process at Method Creative Hub.
-
When a still render isn't enough to tell the story. Animation works especially well on premium developments with a distinct architectural character, in presentations to investors and banks, in digital campaigns, and where the project has a strong sense of place — as Art Deco Grzybowska does in the middle of Wola. If you only have one budget, start with renders. Add animation when the project has a story worth showing in motion.
-
Yes, provided they are produced at the right resolution. We delivered the Art Deco Grzybowska renders as 4K PNGs — ready for billboards, building wraps, sales-office banners and print materials with no loss of quality.
-
Yes — Art Deco Grzybowska is a development in Warsaw's Wola district, at 96 Grzybowska Street. We work with developers across Poland, wherever the development happens to be. Design and production run remotely, with no effect on quality or on the deadline.

Renders are still frames — faster, cheaper and ideal for documentation, websites and print. Animation is a 3D film — more expensive and slower to produce, but it holds attention in digital campaigns and in the sales office. On Art Deco Grzybowska we did both: nine exterior renders and one architectural animation. We always match the scope to the budget and to the channels the materials have to work in.

For Art Deco Grzybowska — nine 4K renders and an architectural animation — it took eight weeks. The timeline depends on the scale of the project, the number of shots and how complex the architecture is. With a solid brief and a finished architectural design we move quickly, so the materials are ready before sales open rather than after.
