Pricing: one model, three ways of working

Production that finally matches your company

A subscription for continuous work, a booster for a big moment, per project for a single piece

Most clients start with the subscription and add the rest as they need it. The same people work in every mode and you order from the same list: 98 items, each with a set price and lead time. The rhythm of work and the way it's billed change; the scope stays the same.

What the allowance goes on

A steady monthly rhythm,
with big production runs when they're needed

You don't order renders every month. What happens every month is marketing: creative, campaigns, social and PR. That's the constant core of the subscription. Big production comes out of the same allowance before a sales launch, at a collection launch, on entering a new market.

FAQ | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Terms and mechanics: questions and answers

What determines exactly what we pay?

Volume — how much material you actually need in a month. There are no packages to pick from. There's an allowance, and we adjust it every quarter, in either direction.

Setting the allowance

We set the size in the first conversation: we look at what's happening in sales over the next three months and set the allowance so you aren't buying capacity you won't use.

Entry point

The entry point is 13,500 PLN net a month on an annual contract. Above that the allowance scales smoothly with the number of developments, brands and markets. Each of the 98 items on the list has a fixed price and lead time, so you can see up front how much of what fits into a given allowance.

Overflow

If you don't use the whole allowance in a given month, it rolls over for the next three.

What exactly is included in the monthly figure?

The whole figure is a production allowance. It goes on items from the list, project management, strategy and consultancy. The panel, team access, the library, reporting, website hosting and technical upkeep don't eat into it and aren't billed separately.

What exactly do we get in a month?

The monthly figure is an allowance, and you spend it in two ways at once.

Continuously

It goes on what runs continuously: ad creative and format variants, running social media, Meta and Google campaigns, PR and published articles, maintaining the website and the unit sheets. This work never ends, which is why it sits in the subscription.

Top-ups

Whatever is needed at the time: renders for the next phase, film and animation, a 3D model, a brochure and print, photographs of a new collection, a catalogue for a trade show. You order from the list when you need to, out of the same allowance.

The balance

You set the balance yourselves, month by month. Before a sales launch almost all of it goes into production; mid-campaign it goes into creative and day-to-day work. No contract change, no new quote.

What happens if we don't use the whole allowance in a month?

It rolls over for three months. On a conventional retainer, unused budget vanishes at the end of the month. With us, a quiet quarter between developments banks itself for the next sales launch.

And if we need more than the allowance covers in one month?

When it comes in booster: an extra allowance planned in advance for a large, time-limited project (a sales launch, a rebrand, entering a new market). It has its own scope and deadline and runs on top of the subscription. The right choice when the work is new and large.

Can we start with a single project, without a subscription?

Yes. We quote the specific job and start once the quote is approved and the first slot in the queue is free. Project rates apply, because for a one-off job we build everything from scratch, without the scenes, templates and library that already exist on a subscription. The panel is out of scope in that case.

If you don't have regular volume yet, this is the right route, and we'll say so plainly rather than talk you into a subscription. What you pay for the first job counts towards the first month if you move onto a subscription within the quarter.

What does a subscription change compared with commissioning job by job?

Pace

You order from the list and we start the same day; urgent items have a 48-hour turnaround, with nothing to quote and approve separately.

Scope

One contract gives you the full range: renders and film, the website, campaigns, social and PR, plus a 3D modeller, an editor and a copywriter you don't have to go looking for separately. Scale doesn't cost quality: the tenth piece of the month is made by the same people as the first.

Consistency

Everything is produced in the Creative Hub, from one library and one set of templates, so the material stays on brand without your team having to police it. The whole team has access, with no user limit and no seats to buy.

Continuity

The building model, the scenes and the lighting stay with us ready to use, so the next development doesn't start from scratch. The team knows the brand, the history of what was agreed and your preferences, so the next job doesn't have to be explained from the beginning. A change of person on our side doesn't set you back to square one.

How long is the contract for?

A year. We prefer an ongoing arrangement to one-off jobs, because only then does what you're paying for actually work: the team knows the brand, the models and templates exist, and each new job needs less discussion than the last. The longer we work together, the more you get from the same allowance.

Who owns the material you produce for us?

You do, with no time or territorial limits. The finished files and the editable source files sit in the panel from day one and you can take them out at any moment, without asking us.

What does starting look like, and how much work is there at our end?

Your assigned project manager runs the start.

Launch

A conversation, agreeing the scope and the size of the allowance, then launch. We set the panel up in a few days and the first jobs go in that same week. Onboarding your team and training on the panel are free.

Source material

The project manager gathers the source material. At the first meeting they write down what already exists: brand identity, photographs, architect's files, access credentials. After that they chase the rest wherever it happens to sit: floor plans from the architect, the unit list from sales, brand guidelines from marketing. You don't get handed a checklist.

At your end

What stays with you is a group of people who approve material, each within their own area, without funnelling everything through one person. Plus permission to talk to your people. Whatever we can find or rebuild ourselves, we do without involving you.
