About the project:
Client: Terra Casa
Location: Mokotów, Warsaw
Scope: CGI · 360° renders · animation · website · interactive 3D model
Development: a small building, 28 apartments
We started with what we do best: renders of the façade and 360° views. A small, 28-apartment building echoing Warsaw art deco needed images that captured the detail of that architecture — the rounded corner, the wrought-iron balustrades, the warm light on the façade at golden hour. The 360° renders placed the development in the full context of its surroundings, the way a buyer standing in front of the building will see it.
Only then came the two things that turned this project from “nice pictures” into a complete sales system: the website i an interactive 3D model. The website wasn't an afterthought — Terra Casa was paying heavily for content work through an outside agency, where every price or availability update was a separate job. We rebuilt the site so day-to-day changes could be made far more cheaply and far faster.
The whole look — both the website and the model — was matched to the branding we had worked out earlier with the Terra Casa team in a set of workshops. So the renders, the site and the apartment finder speak one visual language from a buyer's very first contact with the development.
Want a full set of materials for your development, consistent from the first render through to the website?
We'll show you how we put it together as one system on a single subscription.
Technical details
CGI renders of the façade — photorealistic renders capturing the art deco detailing and golden-hour light. They set the first impression and work on every medium, from a billboard to a listing on a property portal.
360° renders — panoramic shots that place the building in its surroundings. A buyer sees the development as they will see it in real life, before it exists.
Interactive 3D model — a tool where the buyer picks an apartment directly on the model of the building, with clear unit outlines and live availability. It shortens the path from interest to an enquiry about a specific apartment.
Development website — rebuilt so that routine content changes (availability, prices, images) are far cheaper and faster to make than under the previous agency arrangement. The result: content work costs roughly 70% less.
One consistent visual system — renders, model and website all matched to the branding worked out with Terra Casa in workshops. One aesthetic at every point of contact with the buyer, from the advert to the completed sale.

Method Group delivers the whole set for a development on one subscription — from CGI and 360° tours, through landing pages and apartment sheets, to 3D models. For real estate that means CGI, 360° tours, dedicated development landing pages, apartment sheets and brochures: a complete set of 3D and web sales tools that shortens time to sell out. Instead of several suppliers you have one place and one point of responsibility.
-
Yes — with Method Creative Hub the renders and the development website come under one subscription, with no separate quote for each item. That's how Art Deco Mokotów ran: first the renders and 360° views, then the website and the model, all in one aesthetic. You put the brief into the panel, you know the cost before work starts, and you get first versions within 48 hours.

It is a tool where the buyer picks an apartment directly on the model of the building, with unit outlines and live availability. 3D models and configurators make an offer easier to understand and a decision easier to make. At Method they come as part of the sales system, alongside the website and the renders.

A development website at Method is billed on a subscription and in points, not as a one-off invoice per project. A fixed subscription and a point quote before each job starts — so you know what you'll spend this month and next, with no contract addenda. On top of that, day-to-day content work costs less than under a conventional agency arrangement: on Art Deco Mokotów it fell by around 70%.
-
Method has no fixed price for a model — the cost depends on the scale of the development and the scope, and it is priced in points before you approve the job. Every job has its point value set in advance, so you know what a task costs before you approve it, with no surprises on the invoice. You get a concrete quote for your project on a free demo.

It is an interactive part of the site that lets a buyer filter and choose apartments instead of scrolling a static table. Method has built one for, among others, Soho Residence and as part of the 3D model — it shortens the path from interest in the building to an enquiry about a specific apartment.

360° renders and tours let you see a development in the full context of its surroundings, from a natural viewing position. A 360° tour is an immersive experience that makes a project easier to grasp. At Method it is a standard part of the real-estate package, alongside CGI and the website.

Method rebuilds sites so that routine updates to prices, availability and images are cheaper and faster than under an agency arrangement where every change is a separate job. On Art Deco Mokotów that rebuild cut content costs by around 70%. It follows the MCH model, where a single render becomes versions for social media, the website, a PDF catalogue and a presentation — one brief, value several times over, with no extra charge per format.
-
Method runs development marketing end to end — from renders before sales open, through the website and the model, to campaigns and sales materials. The idea is to sell the dream of a home before the foundations exist, and to shorten time to sell out with a complete set of 3D and web tools. All of it as one system that grows with the company: production, the sales panel and ongoing upkeep.
-
A consistent system means one aesthetic at every point of contact with the buyer — from the advert, through the website, to choosing an apartment. Method gets there by matching the renders, the model and the site to branding worked out with the developer, with everything living in one panel. The current version is always in one place, so marketing, sales and the board are all looking at the same thing.

Method Group works with developers across Poland, including Warsaw developments such as Art Deco Mokotów for Terra Casa. Worth saying: Method is not a conventional agency. We don't sell strategy or discovery processes — we sell production: on time, visually consistent, across the full range of skills, on one subscription. The whole process runs remotely, so the location of the development doesn't matter.
